Our Story

Located outside of Paris, Kentucky, in the heart of horse country, is Middle Springs Farm, owned and operated by the Menke family.

Justin and Susie bought the historic farm in 2021 and began transforming it to welcome visitors for their opening season in the fall of 2022. Following a successful fall, they immediately prepared for two spring events – Daffodil Days & Easter Fun and a Memorial Day weekend Poppy Festival, both beginning in 2023. Those three seasonal events continue to grow yearly as new visitors discover this beautiful farm.
