We opened Middle Springs Farm in 2022 to be a place for folks to make memories together, connect with the natural world, and have fun. We strive to be a positive force in our community and welcome everyone who visits us. Thank you for supporting our family farm and we hope to see you soon!

🌺 As we get closer to our Poppy Festival, here’s some info to get you ready 🌺

🗓️ The Festival with vendors is Memorial Day Weekend (May 24, 25, 26). We will also be open Friday May 23 and an additional two weekends or so according to bloom times, without vendors

⏰ Hours will be 10am-6pm

🎟️ Admission is $7.95 for everyone ages 2 and up. Veterans and active duty military are free for this event

🚜 Admission includes access to all areas of the farm and activities including the hayride, play area, animal area, bubbles in the blooms, photo props, and - of course - the huge flower fields!

💐 U-pick flowers will be priced separately by the stem or by the vase-full to take home (vase included!)

📸 Photographers may visit during our regular open hours (just pay admission for each person); or they may book off hours on our website for $30/hour (Group Info > Photographers)

Just 30 minutes from Lexington, 15 minutes from Paris, Winchester, and Mt. Sterling, and 1.5 hours from Cincinnati and Louisville

It’s mating season for our peafowl. Which means our peacock has been putting on a show for his lady.

The funny thing is he tries his best to keep his back to people so it can be hard to get a good pic

This is the best I could do after going in circles with him for a few minutes. Every time I’d get to his front he’d put his tail back down. I can’t say I blame him - with me getting in the way of him courting his lady!

Soon we should be getting some peafowl eggs 🥚
